Because our services involve immediate resource allocation and automated system provisioning, our cancellation policy is governed by these straightforward terms to ensure transparency for all parties.
Subscription Cancellation
You have the flexibility to cancel your digital product subscription at any moment directly through your Indus Digital Systems Client Dashboard under the Billing and Subscription settings. Alternatively, you may submit a formal cancellation request via email to support@indusdigitalsystems.site. To ensure proper processing, email requests must be sent from the registered account owner’s email address at least three business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Billing Cycles and System Access
When you cancel a subscription, your service does not terminate immediately. Your account will remain fully active with unrestricted API access and data pipeline functionality until the final day of your current paid billing period. To successfully avoid being billed for the subsequent cycle, your cancellation must be submitted and confirmed before your official renewal date and time.
Refund Policy
All charges for our digital products and API integrations are billed in advance. Because resources are dedicated to your account upon billing, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle or for mid-month cancellations. If a specific digital product includes a designated trial period, you must complete the cancellation process before that trial expires to avoid being automatically charged for the full upcoming subscription period.
Data Retention and Deactivation
Upon reaching the final day of your paid billing cycle, your active API keys, endpoints, and dedicated data pipelines for that specific product will be automatically deactivated. To maintain peak system optimization and strict security standards, cached data, custom configurations, and telemetry logs associated with canceled products may be permanently purged from our servers thirty days after termination. It remains the sole responsibility of the client to export all necessary historical logs and data prior to this deletion window.
Policy Amendments
Indus Digital Systems reserves the right to modify these cancellation terms at any time to reflect changes in our infrastructure capabilities, compliance standards, or legal obligations. Any updates will be published directly to this page and will apply immediately to all subsequent billing cycles.
