3.1 Transaction Integrity
As an API-based digital service platform, all successful API calls and real-time payouts are considered final once processed by the underlying digital infrastructure. In the event of a technical “timeout” or a “pending” status, our automated reconciliation system will verify the transaction status within 24 hours.
3.2 Service Fees
Platform integration fees and monthly subscription costs are non-refundable. If an error occurs during a B2B transaction due to a platform-side technical fault, Indus Digital Systems will issue a credit to your business account to be used for future transaction fees.
3.3 Quality Audit & Disputes
Disputes regarding transaction fees or API usage charges must be submitted via the developer dashboard within 7 business days. Our audit team in Pakistan will review the logs and provide a resolution based on technical evidence and system timestamps.
