2.1 Platform Usage & API Licensing
Indus Digital Systems grants your business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate with our digital service platform. Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary API structures or using the platform for any activities that circumvent Pakistani financial regulations.
2.2 Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive for 99.9% uptime to ensure your business operations remain uninterrupted. However, Indus Digital Systems is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party financial infrastructure failures or upstream network issues within the Pakistan market.
2.3 Compliance & Reporting
All business clients must remain compliant with local digital service standards. We reserve the right to suspend API access if a security audit or VAPT report indicates a vulnerability in the client-side integration that could compromise the integrity of the wider platform.
